This privacy policy applies to the BlueRadar app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by yazilimk (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”). The Application is offered as an ad-supported service and may also include optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. This service is provided “AS IS”.
Information Collection and Use
The Application requires Bluetooth access to scan for nearby Bluetooth devices and provide its core tracking functionality. On devices running Android 11 and below, the Application may also request location permission because of Android’s Bluetooth permission model. On Android 12 and above, the Application requests BLUETOOTH_SCAN and BLUETOOTH_CONNECT permissions, and the BLUETOOTH_SCAN permission is requested with the Android “neverForLocation” flag.
The Application processes nearby Bluetooth signal data, device identifiers detected during scanning, signal strength, and approximate proximity locally on your device in real time in order to show nearby devices and estimate signal-based distance. The Service Provider does not use this feature to collect or transmit your real-time physical location to its own servers.
If you choose to save a device using the Vault feature, the Application stores the device’s MAC address and the name you assign to that device locally on your device using encrypted storage.
The Application also stores certain app settings and feature-state data locally on your device, such as onboarding completion, accepted legal notices, selected app language, free scan limits, and feature trial status.
The Application does not require you to create an account or submit your name, email address, or phone number in order to use the core Bluetooth scanning functionality.
In certain sections of the Application, such as settings and promotional app listings, the Application may retrieve app metadata and icon URLs from Service Provider-hosted endpoints in order to display other apps published by the Service Provider.
Third-Party Services and Sharing
The Application uses third-party services for advertising, consent management, subscriptions, analytics, app review, and crash reporting. As a result, certain technical, diagnostic, advertising-related, purchase-related, and usage data may be processed by those third-party providers in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Depending on your device, region, consent status, and the features you use, these third-party providers may process data such as your IP address, device or app instance identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interaction events, crash diagnostics, subscription status, and purchase history, to the extent necessary to provide their services.
Where required by applicable law, the Application requests and manages advertising consent before requesting ads.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own privacy policies regarding data handling. You can review them here:
The Service Provider may disclose information processed through the Application or through its third-party service providers:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with trusted service providers and platform partners that help operate, monetize, analyze, secure, or support the Application, subject to their applicable privacy terms and only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide their services or comply with legal obligations.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it from your device. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
You may also be able to manage certain data and privacy choices through your device settings, Google account settings, Google Play subscription settings, and applicable consent options made available in the Application or by third-party service providers.
Data Retention Policy
Bluetooth scan results used for the core tracking feature are processed in real time and are not retained on the Service Provider’s own servers as part of the core scanning functionality.
Data that you choose to save locally in the Application, such as Vault entries and app preferences, remains on your device until you delete it, clear the Application’s data, or uninstall the Application. Certain locally stored preferences may also be transferred during supported device-to-device transfer processes on Android devices.
The Application’s current Android backup configuration excludes shared preferences and databases from cloud backup. Data processed by third-party providers such as Google and RevenueCat is retained according to their own retention policies.
If you contact the Service Provider regarding privacy questions or requests, the Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time. However, some data rights requests may need to be exercised directly through your device settings, Google account settings, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other relevant third-party providers.
International Data Transfers and Regional Privacy Rights
Some third-party service providers used by the Application may process data in countries outside your country of residence. If you are located in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with similar privacy rights, you may have rights under applicable law to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of your personal data, subject to applicable legal limitations.
Because BlueRadar’s core Bluetooth tracking data is primarily processed locally on your device, and because some technical, purchase, analytics, crash, and advertising-related data is handled by third-party service providers, the scope of any request may depend on the relevant processor and the nature of the data involved. You may contact the Service Provider at info@yazilimk.com.tr for privacy-related questions.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from, market to, or directly collect personal data from children under 13 through account registration or profile-based features.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete such information or request deletion where the information is processed by relevant third-party service providers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (info@yazilimk.com.tr) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information processed through the Application. For example, certain locally stored data, such as Vault entries, is stored using encrypted local storage on the device. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-02-25
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
