These Terms of Use apply to the BlueRadar app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by yazilimk (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”). The Application is offered as an ad-supported service and may also include optional in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for certain services at any time, subject to applicable law and clear communication to users. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
Any paid features, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, billing processes, and refunds are also subject to the applicable terms and policies of Google Play.
The Application may store certain data locally on your device and may rely on third-party services to provide advertising, subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, and related functionality. Details regarding how data is handled are described in the Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which could compromise your device’s security and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider’s agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
In terms of the Service Provider’s responsibility for your use of the Application, the Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Application available and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact signal-based distance estimation, continuous Bluetooth broadcasts from nearby devices, or compatibility with every device, environment, or operating system version. Signal strength and proximity estimates may be affected by walls, cases, interference, battery state, hardware limitations, operating system behavior, and whether the target device is actively broadcasting.
Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
Some features of the Application may be offered for free, some may require viewing advertisements, and some may require a one-time purchase or an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play.
If you purchase a subscription, payment will be charged through your Google Play account under Google Play’s billing terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you cancel a subscription, you will generally retain access for the remainder of the billing period already paid for, unless otherwise required by applicable law or Google Play policies.
Subscription management, cancellation, renewal, billing issues, and many refund requests are handled through Google Play and are subject to Google Play terms, policies, and applicable law. Restore availability may depend on the relevant store account and platform rules.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change, limit, replace, or discontinue free or paid features, package structures, usage limits, ad-based unlock mechanisms, or pricing at any time, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. If the Application or certain paid features are discontinued, ongoing access, cancellations, and any available remedies will be governed by applicable law, Google Play policies, and the specific circumstances of the purchase or subscription. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
Specific Disclaimer for Bluetooth Tracking, Unknown Signals, and Safety-Related Use
By using the Application, you explicitly agree to the following limitations regarding device detection:
- No Guarantee of Recovery: The Application estimates approximate proximity based on Bluetooth signal strength and related device behavior. The Service Provider does not guarantee the exact physical location, successful recovery, or detection of any lost item.
- Unknown Signals Limitation: The “Unknown Signals” feature is provided for informational purposes only. It may filter common devices, may miss nearby devices, and does not guarantee detection of all hidden, unfamiliar, or tracking-capable Bluetooth devices.
- BLE Limitation: Certain features of the Application, including radar-based proximity tracking, depend on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) broadcasting behavior. Some devices may appear in scan results but may not support active distance estimation or radar tracking, including classic Bluetooth devices or devices that do not continuously advertise.
- Not a Safety, Surveillance-Detection, or Law-Enforcement Tool: The Application is not a professional anti-surveillance tool, emergency service, or law-enforcement solution, and must not be relied upon as your sole means of protecting personal safety, detecting criminal conduct, or proving the presence or absence of a tracking device.
- Assumption of Risk: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for physical harm, emotional distress, financial loss, theft, missed detections, inaccurate estimates, or inability to locate a device or identify a nearby signal. You use the Application at your own risk and should contact appropriate authorities or qualified professionals for serious safety or security concerns.
Acceptable Use and Compliance with Law
You agree not to use the Application for unlawful surveillance, stalking, harassment, unauthorized monitoring of other persons, invasion of privacy, circumvention of applicable laws, or any harmful, abusive, deceptive, or illegal purpose.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Bluetooth scanning and related features complies with applicable law, local regulations, property rights, privacy rights, and any rules that apply in your jurisdiction or environment.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
