ReturnRadar – Warranty Tracker – Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the ReturnRadar – Warranty Tracker mobile application (the “Application”) provided by yazilimk (the “Service Provider”). The Application is offered as an ad-supported and subscription-enabled service and is intended for use “AS IS”.

1. Overview

ReturnRadar uses a local-first architecture. Your purchase records, warranty details, notes, product photos, receipts, and attached documents are primarily stored locally on your device, not on the Service Provider’s own servers.

The Application also integrates with third-party services for subscriptions, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, consent management, and limited developer services. Those third parties may process certain technical and device-related data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Process

2.1 Information you add to the Application

The Application may process information that you choose to enter, capture, or attach, including:

  • product or purchase names;
  • store names;
  • purchase dates, return deadlines, and warranty deadlines;
  • prices, currencies, categories, order numbers, serial numbers, and notes;
  • product photos;
  • receipt images and PDF documents;
  • certain local app settings and usage-related preferences stored on your device.

2.2 Technical and device-related information

The Application and its integrated third-party services may process technical information such as:

  • IP address;
  • device type, operating system, app version, and language settings;
  • app interaction, screen, diagnostics, and performance information;
  • crash logs and error data;
  • Advertising ID or similar device identifiers, where applicable;
  • subscription and purchase-status information needed to validate Premium access;
  • consent and privacy-choice information.

3. Local-First Storage

The Service Provider does not provide its own account-based cloud sync for your purchase vault. Your purchase records and attached files are stored locally on your device using app-local storage and data.

This means:

  • your purchase vault is not stored on the Service Provider’s own servers;
  • the Service Provider generally cannot access your locally stored purchase records;
  • if you delete the data, uninstall the Application, reset your device, lose the device, or suffer device failure, the Service Provider may be unable to recover your records.

4. OCR Processing

The Application offers Optical Character Recognition (“OCR”) to help extract text from receipt images, such as store names, prices, and dates.

OCR processing is intended to run on your device. Images used for OCR are not uploaded to the Service Provider’s own servers for text extraction. You remain responsible for reviewing OCR results before saving them.

5. Device Access and Features

5.1 Camera and captured images

The Application may let you capture receipt images or product photos using your device camera or a camera app available on your device.

5.2 Photos and documents you select

The Application may let you select images and documents from your device using Android system pickers or file selection flows so that you can attach them to your records.

The Application does not state that it has unrestricted access to all device storage merely because you attach a file. Access is limited to the content you choose through the relevant system flow.

5.3 Notifications

The Application may request notification permission so it can deliver local reminders about return and warranty deadlines. If notification permission is denied or notifications are disabled, reminders may not be delivered.

5.4 Internet access

The Application uses internet connectivity for functions such as subscription validation, advertising, consent management, analytics, crash reporting, cross-promotion content, and certain external integrations.

5.5 Advertising identifiers

On supported devices, advertising-related services may process the Advertising ID or similar identifiers for advertising, consent, measurement, or fraud-prevention purposes, subject to applicable platform settings and legal requirements.

6. Notifications and Reminder Scheduling

The Application may schedule reminder tasks locally on your device in order to notify you before, on, or after configured return and warranty dates.

These reminders are provided as a convenience feature only. Delivery may be delayed or blocked by notification settings, battery restrictions, device manufacturer behavior, operating system behavior, or other technical conditions.

7. PDF Export, File Opening, and Sharing

The Application may allow you to export a PDF summary of a purchase. Depending on the content you saved, that PDF may include purchase details, notes, dates, product photos, and previews of attached images or PDF documents.

If you export a PDF, open a file with another app, or share content outside the Application, a copy may be stored or processed outside the Application’s local protected storage area. Once exported or shared, the handling of that copy depends on the destination you choose, your device, and any third-party app or service involved.

8. Third-Party Services and Technical Processing

While your purchase vault is local-first, the Application uses third-party services to support technical and commercial functions, including:

  • advertising and ad measurement;
  • privacy and consent messaging;
  • subscription validation and purchase restoration;
  • analytics and app performance measurement;
  • crash reporting and diagnostics.

Depending on your region, consent status, and how you use the Application, these services may process technical and device information such as identifiers, IP address, app events, crash data, purchase status, and consent signals.

The Application may also periodically fetch a list of the Service Provider’s other apps or related promotional content from developer-hosted endpoints.

9. Third-Party Privacy Policies

The Application may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies. These may include:

10. Location Information

The Application does not collect precise GPS location for its core features.

However, certain third-party services may infer approximate location from technical data such as IP address, region, device settings, or language settings.

11. Legal Disclosure

The Service Provider may disclose information when required to do so by law or when reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with legal obligations or lawful requests;
  • protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the Application or its users;
  • investigate fraud, abuse, or technical incidents;
  • work with service providers acting on the Service Provider’s behalf for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

Because the Application is local-first, your saved purchase records and attached documents generally remain on your device until you delete them, use the in-app “Delete All Data” function, or uninstall the Application.

The in-app deletion flow is intended to remove your locally stored purchase vault, attached files, and related local usage data. However, certain non-personal app settings, such as language preference, may remain on the device after deletion.

Deleting local app data does not necessarily delete records independently maintained by third-party providers for their own billing, analytics, crash reporting, consent, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance purposes. Those providers retain data under their own policies.

The Service Provider generally cannot recover your locally stored purchase vault after deletion, uninstall, device loss, factory reset, or device failure.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly design the Application to solicit personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has used the Application inappropriately, you may contact the Service Provider at info@yazilimk.com.tr.

14. Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect systems and services under its control. However, no method of transmission, storage, or device security is completely secure.

Since much of the Application’s content is stored locally on your device, the security of that data also depends on your device security, lock screen protection, operating system integrity, backup choices, and the apps or services with which you export or share your files.

15. Your Choices

  • You may stop using the Application at any time.
  • You may delete local purchase data from within the Application where that feature is available.
  • You may uninstall the Application using your device’s standard uninstall process.
  • You may manage notifications through your device settings.
  • You may manage consent and advertising preferences through applicable consent flows, Google settings, or device settings where available.
  • You may manage subscriptions through the relevant app store account controls.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When this happens, the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Continued use of the Application after an update means the updated Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Application, subject to applicable law.

17. Contact
